One of the bigger assholes I've seen in a long time. His job was to hose down the course at the end of every day so that no one would skate it. Smiling from ear to ear while doing it. Basking in the glory of being a complete dick. Not unlike most cops us skateboarders have come across for our entire lives. I should also mention there's a water shortage in Orange County right now.
