Stuff New Jersey people like...
NJ people really love their PBA (Policeman's Benevolent Association) cards and visibility-obstructing windshield trinkets. Aside from proudly screaming "I know a cop!" to the outside world, both supposedly get you out of tickets once you're pulled over.
Although, maybe just not driving like a complete asshole is a good way to avoid tickets as well... but why be preventative when you can just "donate" your way out of things?
Also, NJ men like to wear sleeveless shirts into dining establishments. Evidently, it's a problem.
