Stagedive fail...
So I went to shoot Every Time I Die last year for an etnies thing. They are angry dudes who are almost 30 and probably older, screaming about something or other to little 14-year-olds who think they're angry because they don't know any better. We were all there once.
For the last song, they told the crowd to come on stage. The kids went apeshit. Bodies were flying all over the fuckin place, speakers and monitors were collapsing, bottles of water hitting people in the face, shoes flying onto the soundboard in the back messing up all the audio... it was mayhem and it was awesome.
Security looked frightened. Luckily I was up in the media section of the balcony. Amidst the chaos, one struggle particularly caught my eye. His tattoo says "Gomez." And here is Gomez's 90-second plight:
"Fuck the world! Fuck authority! Rebel! Get on stage!"
"Hey cute underage girl! I'll help you up here!"
"Fuck yeah man! Fuck the system! We're doing it!"
"Nah boy, you ain't gittin' up there!"

"I told you boy, you ain't gittin' up there! Not on my watch!"
"Yo Gomez!!! Get 'da fuck up here man! We're doin' it! FTW!"
"OK! Here I commmmmmeeeee! Wait for meeeeee guyyyyys!"
"Don't make me pull these muthafuggin' pants off, boy!"
"Yeahhhhh, git back here, boy! I wanna git a closer look!
"Yeah... lookin' good!"
