My company, Sole Technology, has this frat-like ritual they do when they hire new people. I try and refrain from such jock behavior, but this is known as the "tough guy shot." Snort the salt, shoot the tequila and squirt the lime in your eye! Ya bro! "Am I cool now? Am I in the club?"

Every year, around Easter, etnies gives away tons of free shoes in LA. Most of the recipients are awesome and gracious. Then, some of them lie and get crazy for free shoes. This guy got a free foot massage, but still has beef with Cuban guys. Ingrate!
