I've done one of these month-long cleanses before and it isn't pretty. Thought it might be a fun idea to do another one and document it for the site. Warning: this will most likely entail daily photos of my bowel movements and other toilet-like humor and won't be for the faint of heart. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for all the action!

Check out the cute and tranquil little sunshine character on the box! Quite contrary to the feeling I had 7 times a day on the toilet shitting out my entrails for 30 days, but we'll see what happens this time around.
