The people at Consolidated just sent me this little note to set the record straight in regards to the alleged Consolidated Dunk:

Funny how certain people will take advantage of a situation. What started off as our artist doing a favor for his home town shop, has ended up being twisted and turned into something it wasn't. Some people at a large sporting goods company are trying really hard to ride the association between themselves and Consolidated. It's bad enough when they feel that they don't need to pay for the association, but hell...they didn't even ask! What they didn't realize is that not everybody can be bought...much less stolen! Well...now it's time to pay.
We experienced firsthand what sporting goods companies will do to get ahead in the game, but what they didn't realize is that some people just won't lay down and play dead....It's time again to wake up and come out fighting!
